SCHEDULE OF CARE

Prenatal care:

Initial labs between 6-9 weeks

12-28 weeks (every 4 weeks)
28-36 weeks (every 2 weeks)
37-42 weeks (every week or as needed)

Postpartum care:

24-72hr home visit
1 week visit
2 week visit
